turbo
What turbos are, is a rather clever piece of engineering that adds a pressurised intake charge to an engine by increasing the amount of air entering the combustion chamber. These things are done through its primary purpose, compressing what you breathe in air and pushing it out again exhaust gas to make the car more efficient. The turbo's technology includes a turbine wheel, compressor wheel and bearing system which permit it to really get up to speed with minimal friction. These work together to achieve the best possible performance and reliability. Turbos have been used in everything from automotive to aviation where more power and better fuel efficiency are critical. In the automotive industry, for instance, turbocharger can be found to enable a smaller and more efficient engine that provides the power of large engines sans the fuel usage.
